A wardrobe full of clothes — and nothing to wear

Three hours in your own wardrobe with Pilar. Keep what works, release what doesn't, and leave with outfits you already owned — you just couldn't see them.

Three hours, properly spent

How a Wardrobe Edit works

First 20 min

The walk-through

Coffee on, wardrobe open. Pilar looks at what you own, what you actually wear, and where it's all hiding — no judgement, plenty of laughter.

Hour 1

Try-on, against your colours

Pieces come out and go against your face in daylight. If you've had your colour analysis, your palette leads; if not, Pilar's eye does.

Hour 2

Keep · Release · Tailor

Every piece lands in one of three piles. Keeps go back in by colour and outfit. Releases go to charity with your blessing. A few gems just need a £10 alteration to earn their place.

Final hour

Outfits you didn't know you had

Pilar builds combinations from what's left — photographed on your phone so busy mornings become a scroll, not a crisis.

To finish

Your gap list

A short, precise shopping list of the few pieces that would unlock the most outfits. Usually shorter — and cheaper — than you fear.

What you're left with

More outfits. Fewer clothes.

A wardrobe that goes together

Organised by colour and outfit, so everything you see works with something else.

Outfit photos on your phone

Your best combinations captured — getting dressed becomes a decision already made.

A guilt-free release pile

Bagged for charity, decided with a professional — not abandoned mid-clear-out.

A short shopping list

The precise gaps worth filling, in your colours — so future spending finally earns its keep.

The full transformation

Pair it with Colour Analysis

Know your colours first, then edit your wardrobe against them — the two sessions were made for each other.
