On the day
You tell Pilar the occasion, the budget and anything you already own that has to work with it. If you have had colour analysis, she shops to your palette from the start.
You meet Pilar in Leeds, York or Harrogate and start together — no wandering, no guesswork about where to begin.
Pilar fetches the sizes and shapes while you stay in the fitting room. You see yourself in things you would never have picked up, and skip the ones that were never going to work.
If it doesn't suit you, she says so. Nothing comes home unless you love it, and she will happily tell you to leave it on the rail.
Outfit photos go on your phone so you can recreate them later, with a short list of anything still missing.
Even better together
Shopping is far quicker when the palette is already decided. Many clients do colour analysis first, then book a shopping day; others start with a wardrobe edit at home so they know exactly what the gaps are.
